Customized Coaching Packages
Customized coaching packages are for those athletes who want 1-on-1 coaching online, with a customized training schedule.
Basic Plan: $175/month.
This level includes a customized training schedule based on your fitness level and goals. Weekly check ins via email with your coaches and bi-monthly phone calls or in person check ins. Access to all group trainings is also included.
Premium Plan: $295/month
This level includes everything from Level 1 coaching, but adds on the crucial option of a customized strength program for both in and out of season. Your strength training program will address weaknesses and form, and focus on exercises that will improve your swimming, biking and running. Your strength program will be periodized to incorporate with your endurance program. You will have access to Coach Meg for questions and video analysis for form work. In person training session will be available for additional cost.
